Bust Shots
These are regular, non symmetrical bust shots, shoulder up. They come with a simple / solid color background and a transparent upon request (except sketches).
Symmetrical bust shots are the same price, but you must specify that you want the "symmetrical" option! Also note that they are not 100% symmetrical, especially for asymmetrical traits + hair.

Oil Spill Icon
Oil spill icons! they're similar to bust shot commissions, except the shading / highlighting is more free, and they have an "Oil spill" background!
They're somewhat experimental with lighting + coloring!

Detailed Lineart Icon
Another icon commission! These ones have detailed lineart, focusing on hatching and dramatic use of black + white (and sometimes red!)
They will look best if your character is not dependant on markings to be recognized, however I can attempt to draw some "markings" if your character is simple enough! They are 1000x1000 pixels, and if you get a piece with red you will also receive a file without the red lines!

Ambience Portraits
Detailed, experimental bust type! With extra texture and lighting effects, as well as more traditional feeling lines. Not quite as sharp or clean as an original bust, but still has its merit! I am to get closer to a traditional look with these pieces, but still have some neat tricks that can only be preformed digitally!

Fullbody
A typical fullbody! I do my best to adapt the fullbody to your character, both in anatomy and personality. If your character is cute / young, I will not draw them large and lanky and pointy, I will do my best to make them look like how the actual character does :D
I will also attempt to match your characters breed, so for example if you specify what kind of breed your canine character is, I wont do my "usual" anatomy for "Regular Dog" I'll try to match it to your character unless otherwise specified.

MS Paint Doodle
An mspaint drawing of your character! Characters will be simplified in this style, especially gradients, as they are actually drawn in ms paint!

A sketch page of your oc! With at least 4 total sketch drawings of your character (polished sketches) and perhaps some objects or interests of theirs of your choosing, you can get a nice lively page full of your character this way!

I DO NOT DO DEADLINED WORK.
I'LL ALSO BLACKLIST YOU FOR USING AI IMAGES! HAPPILY! THEY ARE THE ANTITHESIS TO ART AND I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THEM.
1. i reserve the right to deny any commission i am not comfortable with.2. You may not trace / repost any of my art without permission.
2a. The exception to reposting my art is you may post it on toyhou.se if you own the character / design.3. You may not use my art for commercial purposes unless previously discussed and agreed upon / permission is given.
3a. With my designs, you have permission for the following: Comics using the characters design, with monetary gain in mind, YCHs including the design as one of the extra characters / props, ask about other things.
3b. You specifically may not, unless discussed with me and given permission, do the following: Make merch, such as stickers, clothes, or plushies, with monetary gain in mind (you may have merch for personal use, however!)4. i dont do refunds!5. Credit me if my art is posted elsewhere.6. My turnaround time is about a month, though I will do my best to let you know if a piece will take longer than anticipated7. Ask about WIPs. I will not provide WIPs unless specifically asked for, as they tend to slow down the process. I am happy to provide them and make changes throughout the commission upon request, however.8. My work hours are 8 AM EST to 6 PM EST on weekdays (Mon - Fri). I do not typically work on weekends. You can contact me outside of these times, but I will likely not respond until the next work day.9. I may slightly alter your characters colors, to fit a piece better. If you do not want this, please let me know beforehand. It will not be major changes, and it will still read as your oc.10. Please ask for edits all at once. If we cannot come to an agreement after 5 changes, I may start charging you to make more changes.
10a. Mistakes on my end will not count towards your five changes, for example, if i get the characters markings wrong that are clearly outlined on the ref, i will not count it towards your five changes. That is on me, and i will fix it free of charge.
DESIGN TOS
1. When you get a character and / or design from or by me you are automatically agreeing to my TOS.2. You cannot sell the character for more than you bought it for, unless it has additional pieces of art since it was acquired by you.
2a. If you bought more art, only sell for the original designs worth + the amount you spent. For example, if you bought a design for $10, and spent $15 on new art for it, you may sell it for up to $25.
2b. You may add your personal arts value to the characters worth.3. You may make minor design changes without asking.
3a. Minor design changes include: slight hue shifts, additional markings, taking away some markings, removing accessories, hair changes, minor body alterations, gender change, story change, etc. (If you're unsure feel free to ask!)4. You may make major design changes without asking, UNLESS it is stated otherwise when the design is posted / given to you. (This happens extremely rarely.)
4a. An example of this would be an adopt posted on twitter, and written in the description is a specific request for the buyer to NOT change the design. This is the biggest circumstance where you should ask first.5. You may NOT claim it as your original design. You may credit yourself as the character owner, but not as the character designer (even if radical design changes have taken place).6. You may resell, give away, or gift a design unless stated otherwise. When you are selling / trading a design please try to tell me where it's going.
6a. if it's properly credited on toyhouse (toyhou.se/vehemourn), you do not have to let me know.7. Credit me if my design is posted elsewhere.
WARNINGS / BLACKLIST
You will get ONE warning. If you break these rules twice you will be blacklisted, and you will not be able to get designs from me again. You can be blacklisted for more than the reasons stated (an example of that would be "you're a known scammer")If you're blacklisted you may NOT purchase a design from me, or acquire a design from me in any way. You may not have someone purchase a design to trade you nor may you use a side account to get a design.If you acquired a design I made before you were put on my blacklist you may keep it, you just may not acquire any more.Warnings:
